What are the available payment methods?
For samples, we accept Bank TT with 100% payment in advance. For bulk orders, we require a 30% deposit via Bank TT, with the remaining 70% balance settled before shipment.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Sample orders typically take 3-7 working days. Bulk orders usually range between 30-40 working days depending on the order volume.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer Express (DHL, UPS, Fedex - 3-5 days), Air Cargo (5-7 days), and Sea Freight for large economical shipments. We can also coordinate with your preferred shipping agent.
How is the product quality controlled?
100% of lamps undergo reliability testing, including a 24-hour lighting temperature test. Every unit must pass these QC procedures before being cleared for shipping.
